We do not offer international shipping at this time.
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next working day.
During high order volumes or product unavailability, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified in such cases.
Standard delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and courier partner.
Remote or rural areas may take additional delivery time.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
Orders above a certain cart value may qualify for free shipping (subject to ongoing offers).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.
You can track your order on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking ID.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order will be marked as “Return to Origin (RTO)”.
Reshipping the parcel may incur additional shipping charges.
Due to the nature of our products (fragrances, oils, and personal care items), returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product is delivered, except in the following cases:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
You reported the issue within 24 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video proof showing the condition of the product and packaging.
To qualify for a return or replacement:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The unboxing video must clearly show the damage/issue at the time of opening.
The request must be submitted via email to support@haabr.in within 24 hours of receiving the package.
We cannot accept returns or replacements for:
Opened or used perfume, attars, or body care products
Products damaged after delivery
Items purchased during clearance or sale
Custom or limited-edition products
Refunds are issued only if:
The returned product meets eligibility conditions; or
The order was cancelled before dispatch; or
The ordered item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
All refund requests are subject to internal verification and approval by HAABR.IN.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment (such as UPI, card, or net banking) within 5–10 business days after verification.
The actual credit to your account depends on your bank’s processing time.
In case of partial cancellations or damaged items, we may issue a partial refund equivalent to the value of the affected product(s).
Refunds will not be issued for:
Orders with an incorrect address provided by the customer
Orders refused at the time of delivery
Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at support@haabr.in or calling +91 XXXXX XXXXX.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, it is not eligible for cancellation, refund, or modification.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
Record an unboxing video as soon as you receive the parcel.
Email us at support@haabr.in within 24 hours of delivery, mentioning your Order ID and attaching the video proof and product images.
Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
